NYSAHU Sends Letter to NYS Financial Services Department Outlining Detrimental Results of Prior Approval

At the request of several NYSAHU members, NYSAHU President, Andy Biernat, and Legislative Chair, Craig Hasday, sent a letter to the NYS Financial Services department outlining the detrimental consequences of Prior Approval on the small group market in New York State.  
Due to anti-trust regulations, NYSAHU is restricted from discussing compensation directly with any carrier.
